  • Use liquid cooking foods and avoid the oil items, use the nonstick pans, avoid the palm and coconut oils instaed you use the Olive oil, sunflower and soybean oil eat limited eggs for a day.Eat only egg whites.
  • Eat more fruits and vegtables because it contain vitamins and it is used to protect your heart, nuts are associated with lower heart disease oily fish contain fatty acids like omega-3s and omega-6s,High blood pressure patient use only less amount of salt in your food.
  • If the food contain high amount of Salt , It increase the blood pressure read the labels of the food product,because it contain ingrediants about the product.
  • Moderate use of Alcohol may increase your levels of HDL Cholesterol, No more than one drink a day for Women and One to Two drinks of a day for Men.
