the food contain high amount of Salt , It increase the blood pressure
read the labels of the food product,because it contain ingrediants about
the product.
- Moderate
use of Alcohol may increase your levels of HDL Cholesterol, No more
than one drink a day for Women and One to Two drinks of a day for Men.
