- There

use sunscreen, and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at
least 15.

you are in outdoors reapply sunscreen every two hours and avoid sun
between 10AM to 4PM at the time the sun rays are strongest, cover your
skin with tightly woven long shirts and long pants and wide brimmed
hats.
- If you want to care your skin first you quit smoking, smoking make your skin older and contribute to wrinkles.
- Limit
time of bathing is helpful for protecting your skin many of the peoples
are bathing in hot water and long shower or long baths ,it remove oils
from your skin.
- Please avoid the strong soap, if you using strong soaps and detergents can strip oil from your skin.
- If
your skin is dry, then uses a moisturizer that fits your skin type, and
eats more vegetables and fruits, it is very helpful for protecting your
skin.
