Follow these 9 steps to make your abs fine!!!!

1.CUT DOWN THAT FAT!!
In order to slim down your tummy you need to lose weight. For weight loss to occur, it requires creating a calorie deficit. 1Kg of fat is equal to 7,000 calories. So, if you wish to lose Kgs of fat, you must create a deficit equal to the number of those calories. For example, losing 1/2Kg per week, would require only a 500 calorie deficit per day i.e. 3500/7Days. Suppose, if you losing 1000 cals per day then it would only help you to loose only 1Kg of fat in a week.
That's lesser than the number of calories present in a big Snickers
bar. So now you get the picture? If you wish that your family pack
should turn into a 6 pack then make sure that you increase your calorie
deficit. Nobody can reduce 7,000 calories in a day; always remember “SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE”.
2.THINK NATURAL!!

The
best and most effective weapons to reduce your tummy are fruits and
vegetables. If you keep avoiding fruits & vegetables, forget about a
healthy life; the only thing you’re planning towards is another family
pack!
3.REDUCE STARCH INTAKE!!
The
main reason why Asians are smaller and fatter when compared to the
Europeans is the amount of starch intake. Processed starches spike the
insulin levels and also have no nutritional benefits. The average height
of a European is: 5ft 11inch when compared to an Indian is: 5ft. The
main reason for this is that in India rice is the main source of food
and it makes us grow horizontally rather than vertically. Try to reduce
the amount of starch intake as much as possible.
4.GO FISHING!!
Literally!!
Go fishing and catch some good meat. Add fish to your dinner plate just
a few times every week to help trim some fat from your diet. Some of
the best fishes that you can eat are: Albacore Tuna, Salmon, Sardines,
and Trout. All these are rich in omega-3 fatty acids; they help in
avoiding diabetes and also help in preventing cancer.
5. AVOID THE USE OF SAUSES AND FLAVOR ADDITIVES!!
In
spite of the delicacy that they provide to you taste buds, they are
very much capable of destroying your whole diet plan. Try to
replace the tomato ketchup and soy sauce with sugar-free spices.
6. STOP DRINKING CALORIES!!

Think
before you drink, not only goes into your body but also has adverse
effects on it. If you regularly fill your stomach when you’re thirsty
with fruit juices, energy drinks,
coffee drinks, or smoothies, are sure to add a few more sacks to your
family pack. Every time you drink an aerated drink it only makes you
more aerated. Try to cut down on aerated drinks and opt of more fresh
juices with low sugar content.
7. STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL!!

Cutting this one is very necessary. This not only reduces the size of
your waist line but also reduces the chances of a liver failure.
Consumption of alcohol makes you LAZY and FAT! There you go! Stop drinking alcohol!!
8. CONVERT THAT FAT BODY INTO A HOT BODY!!
The best possible way to reduce fat is to WORKOUT.
If you consult any body building trainer he would say in order to build
a very good body you need to put on mass first and then change it to
muscle. People who are already fat are considered to be lucky because
they already have the mass they require to build muscle. But for those
who are lean have to put on mass first in order to build muscle.
9. SLEEP WELL!!

The
growth hormone of any one depends on the amount of time he/she sleeps.
It basically helps in the metabolism of the body. This also helps in
cell reproduction and keeps your heart healthy. It reduces stress and
inflammation in your body. Sleep bolsters your memory and makes you lose
weight( It doesn't imply that you eat and sleep for long hours). Always
make sure that there is a gap of 2hours between your dinner and your
sleep. A study says that on an average if a person sleeps for eight
hours he/she is less likely to develop any fat than a person who sleeps
for less than or more than 8 hours per day. So sleep well and life well.
