Do not divulge card details including CVV number or one time password (OTP) to anyone even if the request is from the 'customer care'.

Frequently change secret pin numbers.

Update cell-phone number with the Bank to get SMS alert on transactions.

Do not take help of strangers when you find some snag in ATM. Instead inform the Bank concerned.

Watch out for external object fitted in the ATM, avoid usage if any.

While presenting cards be physically present and ensure only one swipe.

Do not present the card through service boys in the Petrol Bunk, Malls Restaurants etc.

If unauthorized withdrawal is noticed block the card immediately.
