BE SMART WITH YOUR HEART OR ELSE IT WILL TEAR APART
- Be
active by doing moderate exercise for 15 mins a day
- Keeping
yourself fit not only helps the heart but also improves mental health and
well-being
- Drink
6 litres of water on a daily basis, as it refreshes the blood and regenerates
energy
- Eat a
diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fiber; avoid salt as much
as possible
- Give
up smoking!!!
- Laugh
whenever and wherever possible as it would work wonders for you
- Life is worth living as long as there's a laugh in it
