BE SMART WITH YOUR HEART OR ELSE IT WILL TEAR APART



  • Be active by doing moderate exercise for 15 mins a day
  • Keeping yourself fit not only helps the heart but also improves mental health and well-being
  • Drink 6 litres of water on a daily basis, as it refreshes the blood and regenerates energy
  • Eat a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fiber; avoid salt as much as possible
  • Give up smoking!!!
  • Laugh whenever and wherever possible as it would work wonders for you
  • Life is worth living as long as there's a laugh in it
