In today's World of Photoshop and CGI, there could be a number of crazy pictures that would blow your mind away. But before all this modern technology came in to being, some shocking pictures were taken over in the yester-years that would blow your mind. To believe them or not I will leave it to you. These are extraterrestrial sensations, seen by many and photographed by few, mark some of the mysteries of our Universe.
Battle Los Angeles

Los Angeles, 1942: In just three months after the Pearl Harbor attack by the Japanese,an unidentified flying object was seen over Los Angeles on 24th and 25th in February. At first it was assumed to be yet another Japanese air strike. The UFO sparked a massive anti-aircraft military attack. The true identity of the object is still unknown today.
Lubbock Lights
Lubbock, Texas 1951: An unusual formation of lights flew over the cityIt as spottedat first by three professors, who were from Texas Technical College. Later on it wasphotographed by a student, the 'UFO' featured 20 and 30 lights that flew overhead in a "V" formation. The sighting was so popular and highly publicized that the photos and story appeared in Life Magazine in 1952.
Washington D.C. Incident
Washington D.C. 1951: First spotted on an air traffic controller's radar, seven objects moved in unusual flight patterns that witnesses called bright orange lights. The most publicized sightings occurred in consecutive weekends with the objects moving over the White House. This incident got publicized so much that it prompted President Truman to demand an explanation.

Ghost Rockets

Sweden, 1946: Between 9th and 11th of August hundreds of people witnessed2,000 "Ghost Rockets"in the sky. The rockets were assumed to be meteors, but UFO talk arose because many sightings occurred during broad daylight while the rockets were described as moving slowly and horizontally, and sometimes, were followed by strange noises.

The Belgian UFO Wave

Belgium 1989-1990: A series of sightings lasted from November 1989 to April 1990, with 143 witnessed accounts on the first night. The unknown objects were tracked on radar by the Belgian Air Force and described as black triangles with bright lights that would change color. The Belgian Air Force still offers no explanation for the objects.

Roswell, New Mexico UFO Debris

Roswell, New Mexico 1947: The most famous UFO incident and suspected Government cover-up occurred in 1947. Recovered debris from an alien aircraft (or experimental high-altitude surveillance balloon as is claimed) was found in the desert of New Mexico, beginning one of the biggest controversies and mysteries in U.S. History.

If aliens visit us, the outcome would be as much as when Columbus landed in America, which didn't turn out to be good for Native Americans.... We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn't want to meet.

Try to invest your imagination into things that interest you. Make sure it is at the right time. I stay updated by subscribing to engrossing websites using RSS reader. I assign time every day to read them and keep myself up-to-date.
Our lives are surrounded with a blatant world and it has become progressively challenging to get attention. So, it is necessary that you have your own platform. There are places where you could link up with a mass who would have faith in you. That is how you gain people's attention to your ideas. It can't be done overnight. You have to start even before you feel the need of it.

If you find something interesting, make some time from your busy schedule to learn about it. It doesn't matter even if your not going to do it immediately, it might just become a trait that would increase your personality and skill. When the time comes you will be ready to act rather than spend time in deciding how to act.
Most of us believe that luck plays a vital role in one's success. Luck is something that happens when preparation meets opportunity. People think that some are lucky because they are in the right place at the right time, but the fact of the matter is the preparation behind it.
Opportunities may come and go away, but if you don't prepare yourself for them to capitalize, they would end up being nothing. Build yourself before the opportunity strikes. Don’t wait until you are required of something and then start building it.

Top 5 Famous Ghosts Pictures

In 1936, a photograph was taken at Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England. The ghost is believed to be that of Lady Dorothy Townshend (“The Brown Lady”). She was evidently the wife of Charles Townshend in early 1700s. They resided in Raynham Hall. It is perhaps the utmost renowned ghost photograph taken so far. Rumor had it that before marrying to Charles, she had been the lover of Lord Wharton. Charles suspected her of infidelity. Although according to legal records she was buried in 1726, it was alleged that the procession was a bogus and that Charles had locked his wife away in an isolated place of the house till she died years later.
Rev. Ralph Hardy, a retired clergyman, took this now celebrated picture in 1966. He envisioned simply photographing the lovely stairway in the Queen's House section of the National Museum in Greenwich, England. A cloaked figure climbing the stairs was discovered upon developing the photograph. It seemed to grasp the railing with both hands. Specialists probing the original negative established that it had not been tinkered with. It is said that mysterious figures have been seen occasionally in the locality of the stairway, and unsolved footsteps have been heard.
Mable Chinnery visited the grave of her mother in 1959. She took various pictures of the graveyard and then turned and took this photograph of her man sitting alone in the car seat. On developing the film, it showed someone sitting in the backseat wearing sunglasses. Mrs. Chinnery blasphemed that the "backseat driver" was none other than her own mother.
November 19th, 1995, Wem Town Hall in Shropshire, England was swamped in fires and scorched down to the earth. As firefighters tried to plank off the blaze a town local, Tony O'Rahilly, took photographs from across the road using a telephoto lens on his camera. A girl was standing in a doorway with flames behind her. None could recall a small girl at the scene with such a close proximity to the fire. An expert concluded that the picture was 100% genuine. Okay, what is the ghost of a small girl doing in such a fire?
In 1677 a fire devastated many of Wem's households. 14-year old Jane Churm was accused of being careless with a candle, which in turn led to the fire. She died in the fire along with others, since then her ghost is said haunt the place.

67 Years of Free India

The British came to India in the 1600s with the main ambition of trade. East India Company originally known as the East Indies, was set up in Calcutta. It was known as the Governor & Company of Merchants of London trading. The purpose of trade was lost and it soon became an annexation. State after State was overthrown and whole of India was conquered. The struggle nearly took 350 years to remove the British rule completely and become an Independent Nation. Becoming an Independent Nation didn't happen overnight. There were a number of events that occurred in the process of procuring it.
Year 1757, the tension between Nawab of Bengal Siraj-ud-daulah and the British officer Robert Clive resulted in the Battle of Plassey. This battle resulted in the British taking command and rulling for the next 200 years.

Known as the first War of Independence, Northern and Central parts of India broadly rebelled against the British rule but failed severely. This revolt resulted in total awareness among everyone wishing for a free nation.

Year 1905'Divide and Rule' was the strategy applied by Lord Curzon. As it was getting difficult to rule because of its vastness, the State of Bengal was divided intoEast and West Bengal. East Bengal is now known as Bangaladesh.

Year 1919, the Rowlatt Act was the retaliation by the British to the Satyagraha movement in Chamaparan, Bihar. According to the Rowlatt Act, British acquired the total control over press, the power to make an arrest even in case of suspicion on treason or agitation by activists.
13th April 1919, around 15000 people (including elders and children) were gathered for a meeting to silently protest against the rule of Brigadier General Reginald E.H Dyer in Jallianwala Bagh. On hearing the news of the meeting, General Dyer reached the premises blocking the only exits with his armed men. Without any warning to the crowd, he instructed his men to start shooting at the crowd and to continue shooting till the ammunition finished. This triggered a nation-wide rage and resulted in the 'Quit India Movement'.

On 15th August 1947 the British leaders finally decided to relieve India from their clasps. India became an independent nation after all these famous events of resistances and civil disobedience movement initiated by the Indian National Congress and carried out nation wide.
